David Shuster, Attorney

David Shuster is a native Texan, born and raised in Arlington, studied Economics at UNT, then law in Fort Worth at Texas A & M University School of Law, and has been a member in good standing with State Bar of Texas since November of 2002. Beginning his legal career at a Dallas firm, he helped defend product liability and personal injury cases, then left to start Shuster Law Firm, in 2005 focusing on Bankruptcy and Personal Injury law. He then partnered with former law school classmates, Jared Julian and Michael Crowder for 10 years at Julian, Crowder & Shuster before returning his own practice, Shuster Law, PLLC.
David lives with his wife and two daughters in Lantana, Texas. His passion is not restricted to law and family, and to balance his focus, he enjoys running and cycling, and has completed 17 Ironman competitions (2.4 mile swim / 112 mile bike / 26.2 mile run). David takes an outlook of extreme gratefulness for opportunities afforded, and at the top of the list is working hard as an advocate for other good, hard-working people who need legal guidance, utilizing the law to help others. “It’s a privilege to be able to assist people who are in situations for which there is a direct, legal remedy but who often have no idea the law affords them a way out.”

Austin Hartline is a Texas Attorney committed to serving his community. This commitment began with his late grandfather, Ronnie Hartline, who was the mayor of a small Texas town called Renner which reads the same forwards and backwards. He is an extravert which is evident in his approach to providing high quality representation with unmatched southern hospitality.

During law school, Austin Clerked at Shuster Law and at the Oklahoma County District Attorney Office.
These formative experiences paved the way for Austin now that he is an Associate Attorney at Shuster Law and now focuses his practice on Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning.
In all his endeavors, Austin is blessed with the love and support of his wife, Tori, and their two dogs, Samson and Kanan. Outside the office, he enjoys spending his time riding his bike, playing golf, and engaging with his home Church.
